Beginning in summer 2016, the brand-new French Polynesia Master sets sail (in the proverbial sense) as the youngest member of the Master Fleet. The skilled team of Worldwide Dive & Sail is on hand with help and advice for the builders of this diving yacht, always taking the needs and demands of divers into consideration. The new ship will comprise four decks and will accommodate a total of 25 divers.
Guests choose their cabin on the upper or lower deck, each single one equipped with air conditioning and individual bathrooms. A Jacuzzi on the upper deck invites tired divers to relax and the adjacent sun deck offers plenty of space for sunbathing.
The French Polynesia Master will offer three different trips around the Tuamotu Archipelago. Experienced divers are particularly looking forward to explore the reefs and channels of Rangiroa and the Fakarava Islands and enjoy encounters with a variety of sharks.
The dive deck is located toward the rear of the ship and includes storage space for both diving and photographic equipment. The diving area is shaded. Nitrox is available for certified divers and rental gear is available upon request and for an extra fee.
Water temperatures range from 24 to 28 degrees Celsius, depending on the season. Therefore we recommend a 5 mm wetsuit – those particularly prone to lower water temperatures and the ensuing cold may want to add a neoprene hood and a vest or consider an undersuit.
