The Solmar V accommodates 22 guests in 12 cabins – each cabin being air-conditioned and with private bathroom and DVD-player – and good conditions for a successful dive adventure and a relaxed holiday.
The Panamanian-flagged liveaboard fulfils all safety standards required by the US Coast Guard and has been operating for years as an eco diving ship. All captains have been trained at the Marine Academy in Mazatlan and the ship is on drydock for a month every year for inspection.
The ship is operating in the waters of Socorro, Guadalupe and along the shore of Mexico. The experienced crew is very service-oriented and looks after your every need.
The abundant and tasty food is often prepared Mexican-style and provides a lot of good mood between dives. Underwater photographers and videographers like the ample storage areas for their equipment.
Big caves (Guadalupe) allow you to observe great white sharks as close as possible. Air is provided from the surface, which allows non-divers to experience this unique encounter. Without any heavy gear you can enjoy the proximity of these predators face to face yet from a safe distance.
