Palau Pacific Resort
Palau
Have you ever wondered whether the Garden of Eden has a terrestrial equivalent? Welcome to the Palau Pacific Resort on Ngerkebesang Island in Micronesia. Make your dreams of the perfect Pacific holiday come true! Sophisticated divers find the perfect retreat for acclimatisation, relaxation, and pure pleasure.
WOHNEN
The 160 rooms of this hotel are embedded in tropical gardens. The hotel is located on a white sand beach. The guests choose among garden view, ocean view and ocean front rooms, junior suites, and suites. The rooms are lovingly decorated in local materials. A word of caution for couples who love cuddling: the rooms are equipped with either king-sized beds or twin beds – whoever does not want to miss the nightly hug of his or her significant other, please let the management know in advance what kind of bed arrangement you prefer.
KULINARIK
Five restaurants and bars offer various delicacies. Lovers of fresh seafood will choose the Meduu Ribtal Restaurant. Whoever prefers a wide variety of styles ad loves buffets will be happy in the Coconut Terrace. A nice breeze and tropical sunsets can be best enjoyed in the Beach BBQ Restaurant. Finally, the Merekos Ice Hut is the place to go when you crave a sundae or some soft ice cream with a wide range of toppings.
TAUCHEN & SCHNORCHELN
Diving is possible in cooperation with Fish & Fins – guests who have booked a diving package are collected by a diving transfer. Divers experience on Palau an unexpected quality and lots of diversity. You will see mantas, huge napoleon fish, eagle rays, and dolphins. With a little luck you may encounter the fascinating giant clams, or the almost extinct dugongs. Sharks abound and you may even see bull sharks, leopard sharks, or a hammerhead. Other dive sites advertise spectacular attractions as well, but Palau delivers!
WELLNESS & AKTIVITÄTEN
Of course, non-diving guests will enjoy their stay in the broad expanse of the Pacific Ocean as well. Experienced locals guide you on kayaking tours through crystal-clear waters to the natural beauties of the island. If you refrain from using muscular power considering the tropical temperatures, you may prefer the nice breeze aboard the 13-feet catamaran. Amateur historians look for traces of World War II and search for remnants in the jungle.
The Elilai Spa is the perfect place to unwind after a day packed with activities. We strongly recommend having a Mandara massage – this special massage is done by two therapists simultaneously and almost guarantees deep relaxation. If you manage to stay awake during this soothing treatment, have a nightcap and recall the adventures of the day at the beach.
